The present invention provides a skin care method comprising: a step (a) of applying RF energy on the skin of a mammal； and a step (b) of applying a composition including exosome derived from stem cells as an active component on the skin of the mammal which is an application target of the RF energy before or after the application of the RF energy. The skin care method of the present invention reduces skin redness, a side effect of an application of RF energy by treating exosome derived from stem cells on skin with the application of RF energy, and has effects of reducing pain and soothing skin by the application of RF energy.
