The device (1) has sealing units e.g. ring-shaped inflatable beads (21), surrounding a main tube (4), which forms a main channel (5), and assuring sealed fluid communication between patient's trachea and the main channel. A secondary tube (31), forming a secondary channel (32), extends inside the main tube along a part of its length. Proximal end (33) and distal end (34) of the secondary tube arranged outside patient's mouth and connected to esophagus of a patient. The secondary tube is removably mounted with respect to the device.
