The invention relates to a strain of Bacillus subtilis B30 having the deposit number NCAIM (P) B001359 and GenBank EU334510, intended to be used as a bioinoculant for the treatment of seeds and soil, resulting from the stage selection of some natural soil isolates. The strain of B. Subtilis B30 exhibits broad spectrum of antifungal action against a series of phytopatogenic fungi and at the same time stimulates plant growth by auxins production. The strain also models the formation of microbial consensus consortiums with other bacteria employed as bioinoculants due to the lactonase activity influencing the AHL signals involved in achieving the group sensibility.Prezenta invenţie se referă la o tulpină deB30, cu număr de depozit NCAIM (P) B001359 şi număr GenBankEU334510, destinată utilizării ca bioinoculant pentru tratamentul seminţelor şi solului, rezultată prin selecţia în trepte a unor izolate naturale din sol. Tulpinaprezintă un spectru larg de acţiune antifungică faţă de o serie de ciuperci fitopatogene şi, totodată, stimulează creşterea plantelor prin producere de auxine. Tulpina modelează, de asemenea, formarea de consorţii microbiene de consens cu alte bacterii utilizate ca bioinoculanţi, datorită activităţii lactonazice care influenţează semnalele AHL implicate în realizarea sensibilităţii de grup.
