An air bubble method for slope landscaping consists of the steps of: generating air bubbles by mixing water, animal fertilizer and Terra-Control； obtaining compost by mixing the mixed liquid and planting soil； and injecting the compost at high pressure to a cut-out area. An air bubble apparatus(10) for slope landscaping contains: a liquid tank； a bubble mixing device(20) with an eddy-current generating part(25)； a compost supply device(30)； an injection nozzle(40)； and a compressor.
