The present invention relates to the isolation, purification and characterization of the Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) from Ochrobactrum intermedium strain LMG3306, and their use as immunostimulant of mammalians, the process for the preparation of a pharmaceutical compound for the treatment and/or prevention of the sepsis and adjuvant for a vaccine in immunosupressed animals and against Leishmania.La présente invention concerne lisolement, la purification et la caractérisation du Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) à partir de la souche LMG3306 dOchrobactrum intermedium, et son utilisation comme immuno-stimulant chez les mammifères, le procédé de préparation dun composé pharmaceutique destiné au traitement et/ou à la prévention de la sepsie et dun adjuvant pour un vaccin destiné à des animaux immunodéprimés et contre la Leishmania.
