A method of making fermented rice extract for inhibiting skin aging, fermented rice extract obtained therefrom and a skin-aging inhibiting cosmetic composition containing the extract
PURPOSE: A fermented rice extract with anti-aging efficiency and a cosmetic composition containing the same are provided to enhance collagen biosynthesis and to suppress skin aging. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing fermented rice extract comprises a step of inoculating Bacillus licheniformis to brown rice and fermenting； a step of performing thermal treatment at 100°；C for 10-20 minutes for activating enzyme； a step of spray-drying. A cosmetic composition for enhancing collagen biosynthesis and suppressing skin aging contains the extract as an active ingredient.본 발명은 손상된 섬유아세포 콜라겐 생합성능을 촉진함으로써 피부노화 억제 효능을 갖는 발효쌀 추출물, 그의 제조방법 및 상기 추출물을 함유하는 피부노화 억제용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 발효쌀 추출물은 증자한 현미에 Bacilluslicheniformis를 접종하여 고체발효하여 제조한 발효쌀을 열처리하고 물추출하여 건조한 것으로, Bacilluslicheniformis가 분비하는 다양한 효소에 의해 단백질 분해산물인 올리고펩타이드의 생성 및 용출이 용이하게 되는 특징이 있다. 이러한 발효쌀 추출물을 함유함으로써 손상된 섬유아세포에 적용시 그의 콜라겐 생합성량을 증가시킴으로 인하여 피부노화를 억제하는 조성물에 대한 것이다.
