PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug accommodation cassette capable of appropriately dispensing a drug sheet or a drug set, and a drug dispensing device.SOLUTION: An accommodation part 11 of a drug accommodation cassette 1 can accommodate a sheet bundle 100A formed by bundling PTP sheets with a rubber band 99. The drug accommodation cassette 1 includes: a dispensing part for dispensing the sheet bundle 100A from the accommodation part 11 and a moving operation part 3 that pushes the sheet bundle 100A in the accommodation part 11 towards an accommodation-part wall 14 in a side where the dispensing part is located.
