PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron beam sterilization apparatus which avoids a deterioration of cleanliness and durability due to a bearing of a rotation axis being used.
SOLUTION: The electron beam sterilization apparatus transfers a container (70) to be sterilized within an irradiation area of electron beam and has the rotation axis (1) driven and rotated while transferring the container (70) to be sterilized. The electron beam sterilization apparatus uses a dry bearing as the bearing (4) of the rotation axis (1) located within the irradiation area of the electron beam.
