The present invention relates to a light emitting diode lighting tool to grow a stem plant. More specifically, an air feeding and ventilating guide is installed in the center in the lighting tool equipped with a ventilating fan to radiate heat generated from LEDs, such that indoor air can easily be suctioned or heat in the tool can be diffused to the side of a growing plant. Also, specific temperature sensors are respectively installed inside and outside of the lighting tool. Accordingly, if an indoor temperature around the growing plant is higher than 37±2°C in a state wherein the temperature in the lighting tool is 45-60°C due to the heating of the LEDs, the ventilating fan is operated in order to feed indoor air to be discharged to the outside through an air exhausting mode (upward), such that heat in the lighting tool is radiated. When the indoor temperature around the growing plant is less than 37±2°C in a state wherein the temperature in the lighting tool is 45-60°C, heat in the lighting tool is discharged in a form of a warm air towards the growing plant. When the temperature in the lighting tool is less than 45-60°C, the operation of the ventilating fan is blocked. Consequently, the radiating function of the lighting tool can actively be performed, and a small quantity of heat is generated, such that the lighting tool can access the plant, has high optical efficiency, and can actively irradiate light to grow the plant (photosynthesis).
