The invention relates to a feed additive, comprising locust-tree seed and thyme extract and microelement glycinate and microelement glycinate chelate stabilizing agents effective in the small intestine of the digestive tract. The invention further relates to a feed comprising said feed additive, and methods for preparing thereof, as well as the use of the feed additive or the feed in stock farming for increasing body weight gain or egg production, or decreasing mortality in pig stocks.
