PURPOSE: An electric dryer having vacuum dry function is provided to also perform high-temperature drying at atmospheric pressure such as a general dryer according to characteristic of drying subject. CONSTITUTION: A drying room(10) is located with several trays(14) which is placed with drying object in an interval of top and bottom. A dry heat generator(20) generates heat by using electric power. A blower fan let generated heat passes through tray and tray within drying room. A wet heat air discharge pipe(40) ejects wet-heated air to outside of a drying room. An external air influx quantity control valve controls inflow of outside air supplied to a drying room. A wet heat air exhaust amount control valve(60) is installed in the wet heat air discharge pipe on control ejected degree of wet-heated air. A wet heated air reuse pipe(70) is connected to wet heat air discharge pipe so that it supplies wet heated air to the drying room. A reuse wet heat amount control valve(80) controls an amount of wet heated air.
