The present invention relates to an armband-free blood pressure measurement system. The blood pressure measurement system is mainly configured to detect an electrocardiographic signal of a person under test through an ECG detection module, and measure a body impedance signal of the person under test through a wearable blood pressure measurement module worn around the limb of the person under test.
