PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder harness which permits the displacement of a holding tool to be attached to a working machine and simultaneously reduces the local action of a tension force accompanied by the displacement of the holding tool on a harness network.SOLUTION: A harness network 102 includes a back plate 112, right and left shoulder belts 114, and a side belt 116 extended in the lateral direction along one body side of the chest portion of a worker, and the side belt 116 is joined to the front end of the shoulder belt 114 in the chest central portion of the worker. An intermediate plate 106 is connected to the harness network 102 with a holding member 120.
