A slide bar (8) passes through the working channel so as to execute the actions of the operating mechanism (6). The chain plates (24) are pivotally connected by the pivot pins (25) so as to form two staggered rows. The proximal end of the chain plate (24) at the most proximal end of the chain articulation (3) is driven by the operating mechanism (6), and the distal end has teeth. The other chain plates (24) of the chain articulation (3) have teeth at both ends, and the teeth of adjacent chain plates (24) in the same row engage with each other. The proximal end of the chain plate (24) at the most proximal end of the chain articulation (3) is pivotally connected with the extension tube (4). The distal end of the chain plate (24) at the most distal end of the chain articulation (3) is pivotally connected with the end effector (2). The distal end of the extension tube (4) has teeth.
