Disclosed is an airbag type lifting device of plant cultivation cabinet, which particularly relates to a lifting device applicable to plant cultivation and is used for adjusting the distance between plants and an artificial light source. The device mainly consists of a box body, an airbag, an inflating device and a lifting device. The box body has a receiving space in which a water tank is placed at the lower part while the artificial light source is arranged at the upper part for cultivating plants. Additionally, the lifting device is installed under the water tank with an airbag arranged inside, therefore, the inflating device can be used to inject air into the airbag, thereby raising the height of the water tank in order to bring the plants closer to the artificial light source. The lifting device can also be installed above the artificial light source and the airbag can be inflated by means of the inflating device to press a moving plate to make the artificial light source moved downwardly, thereby bringing the artificial light source closer to the plants.
