PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastomer elastic plug body improved in re-sealability, a medical elastomer plug having the plug body and a cap integrated by deposition, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: An elastomer elastic plug body formed of elastomer resin has a collar part substantially rectangular in section on the lower side of a cylindrical or truncated cone-like plug part, and the ratio H2 of the collar part to the height H1 of the plug part R(=H2/H1) is 0.4 or more. A medical elastomer plug has an elastomer elastic plug body and a cap integrated by deposition so as to heighten the effect of preventing slip-off and liquid leakage of both, and further the effect of preventing liquid leakage in the periphery of a needle is improved by caulking effect from the outer periphery to the elastomer elastic plug body from the cap. A method for manufacturing the medical elastomer plug incorporates solutions for various problems in insert molding a soft and easily deformable elastomer elastic plug body.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】再シール性の向上したエラストマー弾性栓体およびこの弾性栓体とキャップとが溶着一体化した液漏れのない医療用エラストマー栓の提供およびこれらの製造方法の提供。【解決手段】エラストマー樹脂から成るエラストマー弾性栓体は、円柱状または切頭円錐状の栓部の下方側面に断面形状が略矩形のツバ部を有し、前記栓部の高さH1に対する前記ツバ部の高さH2の比R(=H2/H1)は、0.4以上である。医療用エラストマー栓は、エラストマー弾性栓体とキャップとを溶着一体化することにより両者の脱落、液漏れ防止効果を高め、さらにキャップからエラストマー弾性栓体に対する外周からのカシメ効果により、針周り液漏れ防止効果も向上させた。また、柔らかく変形しやすいエラストマー弾性栓体をインサート成形する際の様々な問題点の解決策を組み入れた医療用エラストマー栓の製造方法の提供。【選択図】図2A
