According to the present invention, a movable smart X-ray medical imaging diagnosis device comprises: a radiation generate and control part (110)； a radiation irradiation part (120) which irradiates X-ray while positioned underneath the radiation generate and control part (110)； a radiation receiving part (140) which is spaced apart from the lower part of the radiation irradiation part (120)； an arm (15) which is rotatably connected to the radiation generate and control part (110)； a vertical supporting part (160) which is rotatably connected to the arm (150)； and a horizontal supporting part (170) which is connected to the vertical supporting part (160). In the movable smart X-ray medical imaging diagnosis device and system, multiple detection sensors (142) are arranged on the radiation receiving part (140), and the radiation generate and control part (110) controls the locations of the radiation irradiation part (120) and the radiation receiving part (140), based on results detected from the multiple detection sensors (142). The present invention maximizes portable diagnostic device&prime；s efficiency by smart functions, such as radiation generation control of a medical imaging diagnosis device (100) via smart terminal (200), and transmission of acquired images.
