The present application discloses an anti-α-syn antibody which preferentially recognizes α-syn aggregates. The antibody according to the present application binds with high affinity and specificity to α-syn aggregates, thereby inhibits accumulation thereof or intercellular communication thereof, and thus can be usefully employed in the detection, diagnosis, and/or treatment or prevention of various diseases caused by α-syn aggregate accumulation.La présente invention concerne un anticorps anti-α-syn qui reconnaît de manière préférentielle des agrégats d'alpha-syn.
