The present invention relates to an antibacterial composition and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating respiratory diseases comprising the same. More specifically, the present invention relates to an antibacterial composition having antibacterial activity against microbes including one or more from the group consisting of Streptococcus pyogenes, Neisseria meningitidis, Haemophilus influenza, and Klebsiella pneumoniae, causing respiratory diseases, and to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating the respiratory diseases comprising the antibacterial composition.본 발명은 항균 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 호흡기 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 호흡기 질환 유발 박테리아인 화농연쇄상구균(Streptococcuspyogenes), 수막염균(Neisseriameningitidis), 헤모필러스 인플루엔자(Haemophilusinfluenza) 및 폐렴간균(Klebsiella pneumoniae)으로 이루어진 군 중 1종 이상을 포함하는 미생물에 항균활성을 가져 현저한 호흡기 질환 예방 또는 치료 활성을 갖는 항균 조성물 및 이를 포함하는 호흡기 질환 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
