The present invention provides a handpiece-needle set for dental anesthesia. According to the present invention, a medical needle and a dental needle can be selectively joined with a handpiece designed to be used for the medical needle only. Therefore, the handpiece-needle set has increased expandability and applicability. According to the present invention, the handpiece-needle set includes the handpiece having a joining end portion, which is in the shape of a tube and is formed to protrude； a connection gender that comprises a lower end portion having an insertion groove inserted into the joining end portion of the handpiece, and an upper end portion, which is formed to be extended toward an upper side of the lower end portion and includes a joining protrusion obtained by processing a male screw； the medical needle which is forcibly inserted into the joining end portion of the handpiece to be fixated on the joining end portion； and the dental needle which is inserted into the joining protrusion on the upper end portion of the connection gender joined with the joining end portion of the handpiece in a bolt-nut joining manner.본 발명은 치과 마취용 핸드피스-니들 세트를 제공한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 따른 치과 마취용 핸드피스-니들 세트는 메디칼 니들 전용으로 설계된 핸드피스에 메디칼 니들(medical needle)과 덴탈 니들(dental needle)이 선택적으로 장착될 수 있도록 하여 확장성과 활용성이 증대된 것이다.본 발명에 따른 치과 마취용 핸드피스-니들 세트는 관체 형상의 연결단이 선단부에 돌출형성된 핸드피스와； 핸드피스의 연결단에 끼워지는 끼움홈이 형성된 관체 형상의 하부단과, 하부단 상측으로 연장형성되고 수나사 가공된 체결돌기가 형성되어 있는 상부단으로 이루어진 연결 젠더와； 핸드피스의 연결단에 억지끼움으로 삽입고정되는 메디칼 니들(medical needle) 및； 핸드피스의 연결단에 끼워진 연결 젠더 상부단의 체결돌기에 볼트-너트 결합방식으로 삽입고정되는 덴탈 니들(dental needdle)을 포함한다.
