The present invention relates to a lipstick molding assembly, and more specifically, to a lipstick molding assembly in which an inclination portion is formed on an internal surface of an elastic mold body such that the inclination portion is inclined toward the center to correspond to an external shape of the lipstick, thereby enhancing the hardness in a length direction thereof and thus preventing scratches on a surface of the lipstick, which are caused when the diameter of the elastic mold is temporarily reduced in the initial stage at the time of expanding the elastic mold.
