PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soil conditioner composition for inhibiting or repairing dry spots of a lawn surface.SOLUTION: There is provided the soil conditioner composition containing a nonionic surfactant of formula (1) and a polyhydric alcohol derivative of formula (2), and having a mass ratio of the nonionic surfactant and the polyhydric alcohol derivative of 50/50 to 95/5. HO(EO)(AO)(EO)H (1), where EO represents an oxyethylene group, AO represents an oxy alkylene group having 3 to 4 carbon atoms, a+c is 3 to 50, b is 10 to 50 and (a+c)/b is 0.05 to 1.2.
