The invention relates to a towable machine (100) for leveling ground and roads which can be towed by a tractor (200) or tractor unit, comprising a chassis (1) attached to the tractor unit (200), wherein said chassis (1) supports a scarifier-type front portion (5) that directs the scarified material towards a leveling blade (6), said material accumulating in a container (20, 21) demarcated by side walls (7), and wherein the scarifier-type front portion (5) is formed by three scarifier-type blades (5a, 5b, 5c) which are curved and arranged in a delta shape with respect to the forward movement direction and bearing interchangeable spikes or tines at the lower end thereof.
