A device for securing a protective cover of a syringe includes a body which includes a fixing portion and a grip portion. The fixing portion has at least one clamp formed on the top thereof. The protective cover of the syringe is secured by the at least one clamp so that a safe distance is obtained between the protective cover and the user’s finger. The user can easily and conveniently insert the needle into the protective cover.本發明係在提供一種注射針頭之防針扎保護器，主要係設有一本體，該本體設有固定部及握持部，該固定部之一側面上設有至少一扣夾，如此，藉由該輔助器具之扣夾將針頭套予以夾摯定位，可提供醫護人員在注射針頭插回針頭套內時，使針頭套能與手指保持一適當的安全距離，可防止手指被注射針頭扎傷之危險性。
