This invention relates to an implantable flexible neural probe for long-term brain neural signal recording and deep brain electro-stimulation and its manufacturing method. The implantable flexible neural probe for long-term brain neural signal recording and deep brain electro-stimulation comprises a body part and an impact-resistant material layer. The body part covers the impact-resistant material layer, and the deformation resistance of the impact-resistant material layer is greater than that of the body part. The body part has a rear end and a needle-like front end, respectively provided with the same amount of plural micro-electrode parts for signal transmission.
