The present invention relates to complex powder having improved skin adhesion by evenly covering a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) polymer on the surface of inorganic powder contained in a cosmetic material, relates to a cosmetic composition comprising the same, and relates to a manufacturing method thereof. When applying complex powder of the present invention to the cosmetic material, the complex powder has excellent skin adhesion by exhibiting the adhesion on the basis of the PSA polymer, thereby improving the covering power and the persistency and having good oil dispersion, excellent application during the application to the skin, and light and fresh effects of usability.본 발명은 감압 점착성(PSA: Pressure sensitive adhesive) 고분자가 화장료에 함유되는 무기분체의 표면에 고르게 피복되어 피부 밀착력이 향상된 복합분체, 이를 함유하는 화장료 조성물 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 복합분체를 화장료에 적용하면, 감압 점착성(PSA) 고분자에서 기인되는 점착성(粘着性)이 발휘되어 피부 밀착력이 우수함은 물론, 이로 인해 커버력과 지속력이 향상되며, 유분산성이 양호하고, 피부 도포시 발림성이 우수하며, 사용감이 가볍고 산뜻한 효과가 있다.
