PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope and a coil fixing device capable of facilitating assembling and repairing easily without performing soldering-based assembling.SOLUTION: A coil fixing unit 64 which constitutes the coil fixing device includes a sleeve member 74, a pair of claws 76, and a rotation regulating groove 80. The pair of claws 76 constitutes an engagement section protruded inwardly from an inner wall surface of an insertion path 74 C, the inner wall surface being the inner surface of the sleeve member 74, and engages a spiral groove 72 A of a contact coil 72 inserted into the insertion path 74 C of the sleeve member 74 to regulate an axial movement of the contact coil 72 relative to the sleeve member 74. The rotation regulating groove 80 constitutes a rotation regulation section.
