PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray imaging system that can decrease the artifact in a reconstructed image.SOLUTION: A solid-state image pick-up device 1 is a device that captures the X ray image while moving around a subject. The solid-state image pick-up device 1 includes a photoreceptor 10 which is formed by two-dimensionally aligned M×N pixels (M and N are integers of at least 2) in M rows and N columns and has a rectangular light-receiving surface. The photoreceptor 10 is arranged so that both of the row direction and the column direction thereof tilt to the movement direction B of the solid-state image pick-up device 1.
