One surgical end effector includes the hook with a first end supported by the component of an elongated tubulose and two clamping jaws, each has a pivot portion and a working portion. Pivot portion is rotationally coupled to link up with by two cores spaced apart. Working portion may include that each pivot due to first and second clamping jaw around them rotates, and provide a cutting edge of shear action. The pivot portion and working portion of each clamping jaw can be in a bisecting plane two sides. One flexible cable or conducting wire may be connected to each clamping jaw and extend through a guide rail in another clamping jaw, between first and second core and the first end that passes through hook. One or more springs can drive working portion together. Clamping jaw can be forced with opposite action by the rocking pin of hook being pivotally supported.
