PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an awakening device, a sheet having the awakening device, and a method of judging a degree of awakening with high accuracy of judging the degree of awakening.SOLUTION: An awakening device comprises: a respiration sensor for acquiring respiration data of a person a calculation part for calculating the respiration data a waveform generation part for generating a RI (Respiration Interval) waveform which is a transition at a given time in an interval of one breathing and a judgement part for judging a degree of awakening of the person on the basis of the respiration data. The calculation part calculates an average value of a RI during a predetermined time and a RrMSSDn. The judgement part judges that the person is in a state of low awakening on the basis of the values calculated by the calculation part when an average value of the RI gets higher than an average value of an immediately following RI and when an immediately following RrMSSDn gets higher than a value in which a constant of the RrMSSDn is multiplied by β times.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
