The invention relates to medicine, and more particularly to a system for producing autologous serum containing a high level of IL-1RA and growth factors and a low level of a proinflammatory cytokine and other proinflammatory factors, and can be used for producing autologous plasma preparations in different variations, which are actively used in medicine for treating a wide range of diseases. The technical result of the proposed invention is a significant reduction in the concentration of the proinflammatory cytokine IL-1β, and consequently an increase in the therapeutic effectiveness of a concentrated autologous serum.
