PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for an absorbent article which can be used for an absorbent article which is likely to cause wetback because of a large amount of liquid absorption per one time and the whole and a large load applied on the absorbent article.SOLUTION: A sheet for an absorbent article includes a non-woven fabric having a first fiber layer and a second fiber layer adjacent to the first fiber layer. Hydrophilicity of a fiber treatment agent applied to a fiber forming the first fiber layer is higher than or equal to hydrophilicity of a fiber treatment agent applied to a fiber forming the second fiber layer. Water resistance of the fiber treatment agent applied to the fiber forming the first fiber layer is higher than the water resistance of the fiber treatment agent applied to the fiber forming the second fiber layer.
