PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaper having a disposable power supply for detecting excretion and transmitting signals, an excretion detection server for immediately informing a care-taker of the excretion based on the signals from the diaper, and an excretion information distribution system including these for relieving stress of a diaper wearer and the care-taker.

SOLUTION: The diaper has the power supply including an electrode for generating electricity by utilizing urine. The diaper is disposable after transmitting signals to a communication unit by utilizing the generated electricity. The excretion server receives the signals from the diaper, and creates excretion information based on the signals. By transmitting the created excretion information to an information terminal device, a parent or care-taker can be immediately informed of the excretion if the parent or care-taker has the information terminal device.
