The invention relates to the field of measuring, for diagnostic purposes, parameters that define human motor activity. The method involves registering signals from load cells mounted in the insoles of a pair of shoes, wherein at least two load cells are mounted in each insole, the first cell being mounted in the heel region and the second cell being mounted in the region of the forepart of the foot. The type of motor activity being performed is determined on the basis of the temporal relationship between the signals from the load cells of the two insoles, taking into account the values of said signals. The weight of the individual, including the weight of any additional load being carried, is determined by summing the values of the signals from the above-mentioned load cells, taking into account the motor activity type, and then the individuals motor load is determined on the basis of the type of motor activity being performed and the weight of the individual, including the weight of any additional load being carried. The invention enables real-time monitoring of an individuals motor load, taking into account the weight of the individual, including the weight of any additional load being carried, during various types of motor activity, such as running and walking at different speeds and standing.Linvention concerne le domaine des mesures visant des paramètres physiologiques caractérisant lactivité dune personne en termes de mouvement. Le procédé comprend lenregistrement de signaux provenant de capteurs de forces ménagés dans les semelles dune paire de chaussure dans chaque semelle on a monté au moins deux capteurs de force dont le premier est installé dans la région du talon et le second dans le cou de pied. Sur la base du rapport temporel des signaux provenant des capteurs de force des deux semelles et compte tenu des signaux provenant de ces capteurs on détermine le genre dactivité de mouvement. En additionnant les valeurs des signaux provenant de ces capteurs et
