PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a debranching operation with a pull-cutting saw blade, scissors or the like provided at the tip of a long handle in a high pruning or the like used for pruning or debranching work in conventional horticulture. Problems such as being difficult to cut due to the hardness and thickness of the tree, being difficult to cut with thin branches when using a saw blade, and being difficult to cut with scissors, and being difficult to cut with thick branches when using scissors occur. SOLUTION: A method of sandwiching and holding a branch is devised as a means for making it easier to cut the above-mentioned twig, and as a means for utilizing this idea, a long shaft provided with a portion for holding a branch at a high place in a long handle (pipe). The shaft that supports and supports the (pipe) with the insertion grip is not operated, and the draw-cutting saw blade provided at the tip of the handle is operated back and forth of the handle. This method prevents the resistance applied when the saw blade is pulled. In addition, the length of the handle and the shaft can be shortened to enable work in low places, and a thick branch is cut, and the branch holding shaft and the saw blade pulling handle are stuck together. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1【課題】 従来の園芸などの剪定、枝切り作業に使用されている高枝切り等では長柄の先端部に設けた引き切り鋸刃、鋏等で枝切り作業が一般におこなわれている。樹木の堅さ、太さ等により切り難い、鋸刃の使用では細めの枝では切り難い、切れない、又、鋏使用の場合太めの枝は切り難い切れない等の問題が生じる。【解決手段】 上記の小枝を、切り易くする手段として枝を挟み押さえ込む方法を考案、この考案を活用する手段として長い柄（パイプ）の内に、高所の枝を押さえる部分を設けた長い軸（パイプ）を挿入把持部で支え且つ支えた軸は作動させず、柄の先端に設けた引き切り鋸刃を柄の前後作動させる、この方法により鋸刃の引き時に掛かる抵抗を防ぐ構成とし、又柄と軸の長さを短縮出来る構成として低所の作業も可能にし、太めの枝を切る構成とし枝押さえ軸と鋸刃引き柄を膠着状態とする構成とした。【選択図】 図１
