The derivative of the present invention is a sodium-glucose co-transporter 2 (SGLT-2) inhibitor associated with glucose reabsorption of bowel or kidney, and has a good urine glucose excreting effect, thus being useful as a therapeutic agent for treating diabetes and related diseases.
