PURPOSE: A multiple imaging device for in vivo UCNP(Upconverting Nanoparticles) optical imaging is provided to perform diagnosis with high sensitivity since screens are overlapped by simultaneously obtaining luminescence images.CONSTITUTION: An optical source section(100) lights a sample with white illumination. The optical source section induces excitation of UCNP(Upconverting Nanoparticles) provided to the sample with infrared laser beams. A video color processing section(200) includes a first detector(230) and a second detector(240). The first detector obtains a form of the sample. The second detector obtains visible rays emitted from the UCNP excited in the optical source section.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012본 발명은 UCNP를 이용한 생체 내 광학 이미징용 이중 영상장치에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제는 천연색 영상 및 UCNP(upconverting nanoparticles)의 발광 이미지를 동시에 획득하여 화면을 오버랩(overlap)시켜 봄으로써 높은 감도로 진단을 용이하게 하는 의학 영상 기술 장치를 제공하는데 있다.이를 위해 본 발명에 따른 UCNP 광학 이미징용 이중 영상장치는, 백색 조명으로 샘플을 비추고 근적외선 레이저로 샘플에 투여된 UCNP(upconverting nanoparticle)의 여기(excitation)를 유도하는 광원부 및 샘플의 형태를 획득하는 제1검출기와 상기 광원부에서 샘플에 투여되어 여기된 UCNP로부터 방출되는 가시광선을 획득하는 제2검출기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
