A device (1) for stabilising a cannula (C), especially a chest decompression cannula, inserted into a patient's body (60) at an insertion site, the device (1) comprising: a receiving portion (2), such as in the form of a hollow channel member (2) with walls defining a generally cylindrical or prismatic space therewithin, configured for receiving therein a head portion (H) of the cannula (C) to be stabilised； an attachment portion (4), e.g. an adhesive seating portion, pad or patch, for attachment to the patient's body (60) adjacent the insertion site； and securement means (30), e.g. in the form of a threaded key, for securing the head portion (H) of the cannula (C) received in the receiving portion (2) relative to the device (1) such that the cannula (C) and the receiving portion (2) are substantially immovable relative to each other.L'invention concerne un dispositif (1) pour stabiliser une canule (C), en particulier une canule de décompression thoracique, introduite dans le corps d'un patient (60) à un site d'introduction, le dispositif (1) comprenant : une partie de réception (2), par exemple sous la forme d'un élément de canal creux (2) avec des parois définissant un espace généralement cylindrique ou prismatique à l'intérieur de celui-ci, configurée pour recevoir, à l'intérieur de celle-ci, une partie de tête (H) de la canule (C) à stabiliser ； une partie de fixation (4), par exemple une partie d'assise adhésive, un tampon ou un patch, pour la fixation au corps du patient (60) adjacent au site d'introduction ； et des moyens de fixation (30), par exemple sous la forme d'une clé filetée, pour fixer la partie de tête (H) de la canule (C) reçue dans la partie de réception (2) par rapport au dispositif (1) de telle sorte que la canule (C) et la partie de réception (2) sont sensiblement immobiles l'une par rapport à l'autre.
