PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic imaging apparatus capable of obtaining a desired tomographic image from an ocular fundus image.
SOLUTION: The ophthalmologic imaging apparatus includes an interference optical system that has a light splitting means for splitting light from a light source to a measuring light path and a reference light path, a scanning unit for scanning the measuring light irradiated on the ocular fundus, and a light receiving element for detecting the composed light of fundus reflected light by the measuring light and light from the reference light path an observation image acquiring means for controlling the scanning unit to two-dimensionally scan the measuring light, and acquiring an OCT front image which is the front image of the ocular fundus based on an output signal from the light receiving element an acquiring position setting means for displaying the OCT front image on a display, and setting the acquiring position of the tomographic image of the ocular fundus on the OCT front image and a tomographic image acquiring means for controlling the scanning unit based on the acquiring position set by the acquiring position setting means, and acquiring the tomographic image of the ocular fundus corresponding to the acquiring position based on the output signal from the light receiving element. The tomographic image and the OCT front image are acquired using the interference optical system.
