PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent movement of an implant from a prescribed position.SOLUTION: An implant placement device 1 includes an implant 3, a tubular body 4, a line body 5, and a connection part 6. The implant 3 has an inlet 36, and is deformable from a non-expanded state to an expanded state by a filler being filled from the inlet 36 into a closed space 33 inside. The tubular body 4 has a distribution path 47 where the filler is distributed. The line body 5, for which a proximal end part 52 is fixed to a projection 43 provided on one end part of the tubular body 4, and is spirally wound and extended around an axis roughly on the same line as the center axis of the projection 43. The connection part 6 is provided around the inlet 36 in the implant 3, and has a spiral hollow part 64 to/from which the line body 5 is inserted and detached by rotating the tubular body 4. When the line body 5 is inserted to the hollow part 64, the tubular body 4 is connected to the implant 3 and the distribution path 47 and the inlet 36 are communicated with each other. When the line body 5 is detached from the hollow part 64, the tubular body 4 is detached from the implant 3.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】インプラントが所定の位置から移動することを防止する。【解決手段】インプラント留置装置1は、インプラント3、管状体4、線条体5及び接続部6を備える。インプラント3は、流入口36を有し、流入口36から内部の閉空間33に充填材が充填されることで、非拡張状態から拡張状態へと変形可能である。管状体4は、充填材が流通する流通路47を有する。線条体5は、管状体4の一端部に設けられた凸部43に基端部52が固定され、凸部43の中心軸線と略同一線上の軸線の周りを螺旋状に巻回して延びている。接続部6は、インプラント3における流入口36の周囲に設けられ、管状体4を回転させることにより線条体5が挿脱される螺旋状の中空部64を有する。線条体5が中空部64に挿入されると管状体4がインプラント3に接続されて流通路47と流入口36が連通し、線条体5が中空部64から離脱すると管状体4がインプラント3から離脱する。【選択図】図4
