The present invention discloses an endoscope utilizing Universal Serial Bus (USB) for transmitting electronic signals, which includes a probe tube, a lens, an image sensing element, and a USB chip. The image sensing element has a plurality of output circuits for outputting serial signals. The USB chip, which is connected to the image sensing element, has a serial-to-universal- serial converting unit, a power supply circuit, and a data transmitting circuit. The serial-to-universal-serial converting unit is for converting the serial signals to universal serial signals. The power supply circuit is for providing power to the image sensing element. The data transmitting circuit is for transmitting the universal serial signals. Wherein, the output circuits are integrated into USB power supply circuits and USB data transmitting circuits via the USB chip, and the serial signals are converted to the universal serial signals via the USB chip.
