PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope cleaning device capable of surely removing contamination at the distal end face of an insertion section without taking out the endoscope from the body of a patient and imposing no physical burden on the patient.

SOLUTION: This endoscope cleaning device is provided with: a long body section 11 being insertable into a treatment instrument insertion pathway of the endoscope, being longer than the treatment instrument insertion pathway and having a flexibility and a brush 12 provided at the body section.
