PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce pulsation artifact and radiation dose without using electrocardiographic synchronized radiography.SOLUTION: An X-ray computer tomography apparatus includes: an X-ray tube a high pressure generating part for generating a tube voltage and a tube current to the X-ray tube a control part for controlling the high pressure generating part to repeat alternatively an X-ray ON period in which X-rays are generated with a prescribed dosage and an X-ray OFF period in which X-ray radiation is stopped or X-rays are generated with a dosage less than the prescribed dosage and an image reconfiguration part for reconfiguring image data on the basis of an output of the X-ray detector corresponding to the X-ray ON period.
