The present invention relates to a complex formulation for oral administration comprising: a first composition which contains amlodipine or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a disintegrating agent, and sugar alcohol and a second composition which contains rosuvastatin or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a stabilizer. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing method of the complex formulation.
