PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow passage switching device for reliably switching a flow passage by easy operation and for reliably preventing unwilling mixing-in of fluids, and an air supply and liquid supply device for endoscopes equipped with the flow passage switching device.
SOLUTION: A switching cock 3 includes a cylindrical part 311 having a mouth part 312 and a mouth part 313, a rotary plug 32 which is equipped with the flow passage 321 and the flow passage 322 communicating mutually and is displaced between in a first position where the mouth part 312 and the mouth part 313 communicate with the flow passage 321 and in a second position where the mouth part 312 communicates with the flow passage 322, a valve mechanism which blocks the flow passage 322 when the rotary plug is located in the first position and cancels the blocking of the flow passage 322 when the rotary plug 32 is located in the second position so that the mouth part 312 is opened outside of the cylindrical part 311 through the flow passage 322, and an interlocking mechanism by which the rotary plug 32 is displaced between in the first position and in the second position by rotating the rotary plug 32 about the axis and moving the rotary plug 32 in the axial direction.
