The present invention provides an oral flora improving agent that is safe and can be used daily. The oral flora improving agent according to this invention contains lactoferrin, lactate peroxidase, glucose oxidase and a glucose source as an active ingredient, wherein the oral flora improving agent is used for increasing the proportion of Streptococcus mitis in the oral flora. The aforementioned oral flora improving agent is used for preventing or treating diseases such as fever and tonsillitis caused by the decrease of the proportion of Streptococcus mitis in oral flora.
