CONSTITUTION: A producing method of kimchi containing deer antlers and safflower seeds comprises the following steps: producing deer antler powder(S1)； producing safflower seed powder(S3)； preparing kimchi seasonings(S5)； mixing the deer antler powder and the safflower seed powder with the kimchi seasonings； and producing kimchi using the kimchi seasonings. The deer antler powder is obtained by the following steps: cutting the deer antlers, and wrapping the cut surface of the deer antlers； freezing the deer antlers for more than 20 hours(S11)； and crushing the frozen deer antlers into 380-500 meshes(S13).본 발명은 녹용과 홍화씨를 첨가한 김치 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 녹용 분말을 제조하는 과정과, 홍화씨 분말을 제조하는 과정, 김치 양념을 제조하는 과정, 상기 김치 양념에 녹용 분말과 홍화씨 분말을 배합하는 과정, 및 녹용 분말과 홍화씨 분말이 배합된 김치 양념으로 김치를 담그는 과정을 통해 제조할 수 있다. 이러한 구조로 이루어진 본 발명에 따른 녹용과 홍화씨를 첨가한 김치는 우리가 항시 즐겨 먹는 김치에 녹용 분말과 홍화씨 분말을 첨가하였다. 따라서, 본 발명에 따른 녹용과 홍화씨를 첨가한 김치는 한국인이 항시 즐겨 먹는 김치에 녹용 분말과 홍화씨 분말을 한데 첨가하여 매일 꾸준히 섭취하도록 함으로써, 소비자가 김치의 효능에 더하여 녹용과 홍화씨의 효능을 그대로 받아들일 수 있도록 하였다.
