PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag with a zipper which can inexpensively prevent hydrogen peroxide used for sterilization from remaining in a zipper member, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A packaging bag with a zipper which includes a packaging bag formed by sealing outer peripheral edges of a pair of facing films and a zipper member provided on an inner surface of the packaging bag, the zipper member includes: a fitting part a pair of attachment base parts connected to the fitting part a connecting part for joining the pair of the attachment base parts and an extending part which is connected by extending from a first attachment base part to the opposite side of the connecting part. The zipper member is folded at a center of the connecting part so that the fitting part is positioned inside.
