Provided herein are mesothelin (MSLN) target trispecific proteins that include a domain that binds CD3, a half-life extension domain, and a domain that binds MSLN. Also provided are such pharmaceutical compositions of MSLN target trispecific proteins, as well as nucleic acids, recombinant expression vectors, and host cells for making said MSLN target trispecific proteins. Also disclosed are methods of using the disclosed MSLN-targeted trispecific proteins in the prevention and/or treatment of diseases, disorders, and disorders.
