Described are stability-enhancing formulations of drugs that are sensitive to moisture. The formulations comprise co-granulates containing a moisture-sensitive drug and an excipient selected from fructose, xylitol, maltitol, and mixtures thereof. Also described are methods of producing a pharmaceutical tablet. The method comprises forming a blend of a moisture- sensitive drug and a first excipient selected from fructose, xylitol, maltitol, and mixtures thereof spraying the blend with water to produce granules drying and milling the granules mixing a second excipient with the granules and compressing into tablets.La présente invention concerne des formulations de médicaments à stabilité accrue qui sont sensibles à lhumidité. Les formulations comprennent des co-granules contenant un médicament sensible à lhumidité et un excipient choisi parmi le fructose, le xylitol, le maltitol et leurs mélanges. Linvention concerne également des procédés de production dun comprimé pharmaceutique. Le procédé consiste à former un mélange dun médicament sensible à lhumidité et dun premier excipient choisi parmi le fructose, le xylitol, le maltitol et leurs mélanges atomiser le mélange avec de leau pour produire des granules sécher et broyer les granules mélanger un second excipient avec les granules et presser en comprimés.
